Treasury secretary claims US relations with China more stable under Joe Biden

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen met with Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Sunday and stated that relations between China and the U.S. were better than ever.

Yellen was at the Great Hall of the People on the west side of Tiananmen Square, where she delivered her statement saying, "While we have more to do, I believe that, over the past year, we have put our bilateral relationship on more stable footing."

While Yellen may have intended this statement as a positive one for President Joe Biden, conservatives quickly pointed out that this statement was further evidence that Joe Biden has been too soft on China when he needs to oppose their agenda firmly.

China's interests are in direct conflict with the interests of the United States, and former President Donald Trump recognized this and created a lot of tension with China in pursuit of our interests.

Conversely, President Biden has been incredibly soft on China and given them carte blanche to do whatever they please. No wonder relations are significantly better than in past years.

This has also driven further speculation about the alleged relationship between Biden and China via his son Hunter Biden.
