US standing in way of ICC warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu's arrest

 April 29, 2024

President Biden is reportedly blocking an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from being issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The ICC is allegedly going to issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu and other top Israeli government officials for allegedly committing war crimes.

The ICC's probe began in 2021, and Israel refused to participate in this charade by pointing out that the organization had no jurisdiction.

The US has stood by Israel since the beginning, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken saying that the ICC "has no jurisdiction over this matter" because Israel, like the US, is not party to the Rome Statute.

The ICC has accused Israel of committing genocide, ethnic cleansing, and using starvation as a weapon of war. Of course, all the "evidence" of such crimes comes from biased sources like the activist group Democracy for the Arab World.

The ICC is scrutinizing every action taken by Israel while there has yet to be any condemnation of the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks that killed thousands of innocent civilians.
