Supreme Court won't hear Nicholas Sandmann 'cancel culture' case

 March 26, 2024

The Supreme Court just revealed a SHOCKING dismissal.

Now, liberals are without a doubt celebrating in silence.

Nicholas Sandmann went viral for a video of him wearing a “Make America Great Again Hat” next to an elderly Native American man.

The internet was not kind.

Sandmann soon filed a lawsuit against the media company he says is responsible for him being “canceled” by the world.

According to Sandmann’s lawyer, the teen went “from a quiet, anonymous teenager into a national social pariah, one whose embarrassed smile in response to Phillips’ aggression became a target for anger and hatred.”

Unfortunately, Sandmann’s case was dismissed by a federal judge.

“The media defendants were covering a matter of great public interest, and they reported Phillips’s first-person view of what he experienced,” Judge William Bertelsman previously said.

Now, it appears he has received the same answer from the Supreme Court.
