6 of 8 illegal alien squatters arrested last week released by judges with no bail

If it wasn't so unbelievably dangerous for American citizens, it would almost be comical at this point.

To absolutely nobody's surprise, two soft-on-crime, progressive New York City judges released six of eight illegal alien drug-dealing squatters from jail this week without bail.

According to Newsweek, the illegal aliens were arrested last week as part of a federal raid on a house they'd taken over in New York City, where they brandished guns and reportedly sold drugs.

Squatting was already an asinine problem in America, but it has reportedly become even worse with the influx of illegal migrants, especially in cities like New York City.

The squatters in this particular case were all arrested on serious charges only to be let back out by radical, progressive judges who clearly aren't concerned with the safety and security of American citizens.

Newsweek noted:

The charges stemmed from an NYPD response to a 911 call at approximately 10:04 p.m. March 27, with the caller saying an individual had a firearm in the 3000 block of Hull Avenue in the Bronx. Police said a 24-year-old male was found with a firearm and immediately apprehended in a basement apartment. A 22-year-old male was also taken into custody, accused of attempting to leave the location with a firearm.

The eight that were arrested faced the following charges, "criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and acting in a manner injurious to a child."

Notably, district attorneys urged the judges to hit the suspects with higher bails due to the obvious flight risk, but the judges didn't seem to care and let six of them go.

Also not surprising is the fact that most of the eight who were arrested were previously apprehended and deported at the southern U.S. border.

They were able to easily waltz back onto U.S. soil under President Joe Biden's dangerously lax -- if not non-existant -- border policies that have contributed to record-breaking numbers of deported illegals coming back across the border at a later date.

And a growing number of those coming back across are dangerous individuals.

They all had previous criminal charges, and one was even arrested on a murder charge last year. But again, the judges simply do not seem to care.

It's bad enough that President Biden and his administration are allowing them to freely come back to the United States, but it's even worse that they're committing serious crimes and not being held accountable for them.

These situations underscore the dire need for a president and an administration that will begin the process of cleaning up Biden's deadly and dangerous immigration mess.
