'Siggy' Flicker's stepson arrested over Jan. 6 unrest

 April 18, 2024

The stepson of Real Housewives of New Jersey star "Siggy" Flicker has been arrested in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, protests after the reality television star incriminated him and shared that her stepson had been at the capitol that day.

Tyler Campanella, age 27, was arrested on April 17 on five misdemeanor charges related to J6.

The FBI was partially able to confirm his presence at the riots because of Flicker's social media account.

In a Facebook post from that day, Flicker shared images with the caption, "I love patriots so much. Stay safe, Tyler. We love you."

She ended her post with #StopTheSteal, a rallying cry for fans of Donald Trump who believe that he was the rightful winner of the 2020 presidential election.

It doesn't appear as though Siggy meant to turn in her stepson Tyler, but the FBI is saying that's partially what happened.

Do you think the criminal charges against Tyler as a result are fair?
