Ron DeSantis privately tells donors he plans to fundraise for Trump

Well, I don't know if this means that Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump are going to become great friends anytime soon...

But at least they're not sworn enemies now.

Kudos to the two men for being able to bury the hatchet and put the good of the country ahead of their personal issues.

At least Ron DeSantis is ready to work together with Donald Trump after what could be described as a difficult primary campaign process.

Three different sources have all confirmed that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, has been privately telling donors that he does, in fact, plan on helping Donald Trump raise money for his 2024 general election effort.

"He did say it in front of a group of people at the Hard Rock," a DeSantis advisor confirmed.

Texas businessman Roy Bailey gave the response that Trump will be hoping many supporters of Ron DeSantis give:

"I will follow the governor’s lead and I will do anything that he or President Trump ask me to do to help him win this election," Roy Bailey said. "I know where there are DeSantis supporters all over Texas and all over the country that will want to help President Trump. So that’s what I’ll try to make happen."
