Mike Johnson accused of conceding to Biden on border

Things didn't go well for Republican Kevin McCarthy during his tenure as speaker of the House, and now it looks like his replacement is having trouble making everyone get along as well.

The same problem that McCarthy had is rearing its head again now that Mike Johnson is in charge. That problem is that there always seems to be a handful of Republicans ready to jump across the aisle to tilt the majority against the GOP leader.

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida was the driving force behind McCarthy being ousted despite Republicans holding a majority, and now Johnson is having problems with Marjorie Taylor Greene, an outspoken congresswoman from Georgia who is NOT happy about what Johnson is doing as leader of the House of Representatives.

When Speaker Johnson recently announced that "he would move a separate border security bill as the House considered the foreign aid measures," Greene was FURIOUS, saying:

It’s a theatrics, shiny object.

"It’s the shiny object for Republicans that are saying we got to do something for the border," Greene concluded.
