Melania Trump to hold first major event of 2024 campaign

Melania Trump will finally make her return to the campaign trail for her first stop in 2024 when she hosts a fabulous fundraiser for LGBT conservatives at Mar-a-Lago.

Perhaps Melania is suiting up for this event because the president's team think that she will be able to connect with the crowd better than Donald J. Trump would be able to.

It's been relatively unclear what role Melania will play or wants to play in Trump's 2024 campaign.

She's only made two formal appearances for Trump's 2024 campaign:

Once at the launch event back in 2022, and once more in March 2024 when she appeared with her husband to vote in the Florida presidential primary.

After casting her vote, Melania was asked how big of a role she's going to play in her husband's upcoming campaign.

"Stay tuned" she said.

We may be getting our first glimpse of an answer now.
