Courtney Love says Taylor Swift 'not important' and 'not interesting'

Taylor Swift and her fans are not going to like this one.

Courtney Love, the former wife of Kurt Cobain, who is also a singer herself, has recently dumped quite an unfavorable review on Taylor Swift and her fans.

Despite Swift's status one of the most popular people in the entire history of the world, Love has not been impressed with what she's seen out of the career of the "Picture to Burn" singer. She said:

Taylor Swift is not important.

It doesn't much more direct than that, and the rest of what Love said wasn't really that much softer. She added:

Taylor is not important. She might be a safe space for girls, and she’s probably the Madonna of now, but she’s not interesting as an artist.

Courtney Love then spoke about her relationship with Madonna:

"I don't like her, and she doesn't like me."

So, just to summarize, Courtney Love wants you to know:

1) Taylor Swift isn't important.
2) Courtney Love doesn't like Madonna.
3) Madonna doesn't like Courtney Love.
