Appeals court reduces $464M bond requirement in Trump civil fraud case

Former President Donald Trump just claimed a SHOCK victory.

Trump simply cannot be stopped, no matter how hard they try!

The $464 million dollar bond requirement placed on Trump in order to appeal the massive judgment against him in his New York civil fraud case has been substantially reduced.

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, has released a recent statement on the decision from the appeals court.

“This monumental holding reigns in Judge Engoron’s verdict, which is an insult to all Americans. This is the first important step in fighting back against Letitia James and her targeted witch hunt against my client, which started before she ever stepped foot in office,” Habba said.

Trump now officially has ten days to post the $175 million to pause enforcement of the $464 million dollar fine he was facing.
