Angel Reese misses second LSU game under mysterious circumstances

The most outstanding player in women's college basketball was missing for a second LSU game Monday, and no one is giving any information about the reason why.

Angel Reese only posted on social media, "Please don’t believe everything you read."

She also reposted a video quoting Deion Sanders, "Look at me. What about me would make you think that I care about your opinion of me? Your opinion of me is not the opinion that I have of myself. You ain’t make me, so you can’t break me. You didn’t build me, so you can’t kill me."

Her coach, Kim Mulkey responded to questions by reporters, saying, "Sometimes you want to know more than you're entitled to know. I'm going to protect my players. Always. If you do some disciplining of your own children, do you think we're entitled to know that?"

From the comments, it is possible to conclude that Reese is being disciplined in some way.

It's also possible to conclude that no one wants to say exactly why.
