Voters don't believe in Joe Biden's ability to lead, disapproval rate reaches new heights

 March 3, 2024

President Joe Biden is immensely unpopular, and a recent New York Times/Siena poll has found that the number of Americans who strongly disapprove of Biden's job performance has hit a record 47%.

That is the highest his disapproval rating has ever been during his presidency, and that fact has set off alarm bells for Democrats.

Talk of replacing Biden on the ballot has been swirling for months, but as November draws nearer, Democrats are growing increasingly uneasy with relying on one of the most unpopular presidents in American history.

At the same time, former President Donald Trump is more popular than ever as Americans are missing the Trump years amid wars around the globe and economic chaos.

Virtually every aspect of President Biden's presidency has been bad for Americans. Quality of life has been on the decline and economic uncertainty has squeezed Americans who could barely recover from the pandemic.

Biden needs to do something drastic if he wants any hope of beating Trump in November.
