Hunter Biden scored a major win against Fox News this week.

According to Breitbart, after threatening to sue the cable news network, he was able to scare Fox News into removing a docuseries about his life.

Not only did Hunter Biden's lawyers convince Fox News to remove certain images from its news website, they also managed to get Fox News to remove "The Trial of Hunter Biden" docuseries.

"FOX knows that these private and confidential images were hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated digital material," Hunter biden's attorneys wrote in a letter to the network.

They added, "While routinely defaming and disparaging Mr. Biden, FOX has simultaneously sought to profit by the unlawful exploitation of Mr. Biden’s image, name, and likeness for commercial purposes and reprehensible dissemination of salacious photographs depicting Mr. Biden."

Breitbart noted:

Although Hunter claims the images were “hacked,” the Justice Department confirmed in January the contents on his laptop matched what authorities obtained via a search warrant of Hunter’s iCloud.

Fox News issued a statement on the matter.

"This program was produced in and has been available since 2022," Fox News told reporters in a statement. "We are reviewing the concerns that have just been raised and — out of an abundance of caution in the interim — have taken it down."

Later, the network released a longer statement defending its reporting on Hunter Biden.

"Hunter Biden’s lawyers have belatedly chosen to publicly attack Fox News’ constitutionally protected coverage regarding their client. Mr. Biden is a public figure who has been the subject of investigations by both the Department of Justice and Congress, has been indicted by two different US Attorney’s Offices in California and Delaware, and has admitted to multiple incidents of wrongdoing."

It added, "Consistent with the First Amendment, Fox News has accurately covered these highly publicized events as well as the subsequent indictment of an FBI informant who was the source of certain claims made about Mr. Biden."

Hunter Biden still faces multiple indictments while several investigations are still underway.

Many believe he will ultimately need to be pardoned by his father.
