Texas Judge Accused Of Criminal Abuse Of Official Capacity

 November 30, 2023

In case you're wondering what kinds of people Kamala Harris keeps as friends:

One of them was just accused of a pretty serious crime, shortly after visiting with the vice president.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has been on the receiving end of a criminal complaint that could land her in some hot water.

The complaint is in regard to a press conference in which Hidalgo discussed the actions of Texas Rangers who used search warrants to investigate a COVID-19 outreach contract.

During the press conference, Hidalgo also accused District Attorney Kim Ogg of leaking the warrants to the media, despite the fact that they had already been posted publicly online.

Now, the press conference footage has conveniently been deleted from the county’s social media pages.

According to the Texas Election Code, one cannot use an elected office for political advertising. It can lead to a charge of a Class A misdemeanor.

You would think Hildago would have learned her lesson by now, seeing as three of her staff members were indicted on felony chargers surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine outreach contract.

It sounds like Hildalgo is going to have to learn this lesson the hard way.

What do you think should happen to Hildalgo?
