Taylor Swift Donates $100K To Family Of Kansas City Chiefs Fan Killed At Parade

 February 17, 2024

You might not be the biggest fan of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce or his girlfriend Taylor Swift, but you shouldn't have any complaints about what they just did:

Each of them just donated $100,000 to victims of the shooting that happened at the Chiefs' Super Bowl victory parade.

Swift donated $100,000 to the family of a woman who was fatally shot at the celebration on Feb. 14, a representative for the singer said.

Friday morning, two $50,000 donations showed up on the GoFundMe page set up for the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan.

Lisa had been a local radio host and disc jockey, and she was also a mother of two.

"Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss. With love, Taylor Swift," the donation read.

Travis Kelce also donated $100,000 to a similar cause.

His money went to the Reyes family, with two young girls who were shot in the legs at the parade.
