Star Leah McSweeney leaving New York amid crime spike

 April 6, 2024

Real Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney is at the center of a shocking report.

Leah is apparently ready to leave the city that made her famous.

It's all because of the ridiculous spike in crime that has been impacting America's big cities over the last few years because of soft-on-crime policies from this country's liberals.

"People are smoking crack for breakfast in Times Square," McSweeney said in an Instagram video, captioned "Public service announcement."

"My [16-year-old] daughter also had someone on the train tell her that they were going to turn her into a pile of meat on the floor," McSweeney confided, adding:

I’ll be leaving New York as soon as possible.

That would be terrifying for any parent to hear, much less somebody who is publicly visible as Leah McSweeney and her family.

"You know what, this breaks my heart, because New York City is the best city in the world, but it is not safe right now, and it is especially not safe for women," McSweeney added.

She's not wrong.
