Judge Crushes ATF's AR-15 Ban

Point Trump, loss Biden.

A federal judge decided on Wednesday that Joe Biden's attempt to ban a big slice of the AR-15 market was NOT reasonable.

Constitution lovers rejoice, it's still intact.

For now, until the next liberal comes around trying to destroy it.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk blocked the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from enforcing a ban on AR-15 style "pistols" equipped with arm braces.

Kacsmaryk claimed that the attempted ban was definitely unlawful.

"Public safety concerns must be addressed in ways that are lawful. This rule is not," said the Trump-appointed judge.

The decision is the latest one to challenge America's liberals on this topic.

Biden seems to be slowly losing his mind.

While his son Hunter is in the middle of a huge controversy about his gun ownership, all Biden is doing by pushing these ridiculous measures is bringing attention to his own dysfunctional son.
