Fani Willis hit with setback in Donald Trump election interference case

 May 31, 2024

Donald Trump may have taken a few punches, but he has not fallen to the mat yet.

America's 45th president still has a very good chance to keep himself out of jail and save this country by winning the 2024 presidential election, and there are a few things he can do to help himself.

One is the possibility of taking a federal path to the Supreme Court with regard to his New York hush money conviction, an idea that conservative talk radio host Mark Levin recently laid out on Twitter. Since the case impacts the nation's presidency, Levin thinks that the Supreme Court would have the federal jurisdiction to intervene.

Another element of Trump's strategy will surely be to make life as difficult as possible for Fani Willis, the district attorney in charge of the Georgia election interference case against him.

He already has a good start, as Willis was recently hit with a setback after the judge in the case granted a motion that will likely delay the case.

Judge Scott McAfee recently awarded a Trump co-defendant, Harrison Floyd, more time to build his case.

This is GREAT news for Trump, as any delay is EXACTLY what he needs. It would appear as though he's going to avoid serving time for the case in New York, so Donald just needs to get to Election Day 2024.

If he wins, Trump the president can make many of Trump the civilian's problems go away.
