Wisconsin School Chief Resigns After Hot Mic Comments Leak

 February 28, 2024

Dr. Claude Tiller Jr. is somebody you've probably never heard of before, but he's somebody who might be on your radar in the near future.

Tiller had been at the helm of Green Bay, Wisconsin, schools but recently announced his resignation after a hot mic caught him saying some things he definitely shouldn't have.

The former schools chief was making an appearance on an Atlanta radio show when he let the controversial comments slip.

Tiller, a black man, was caught referring to a white female district principal as a "witch" and a "bitch" when he THOUGHT that the radio show was off-air.

He was right about the show being off-air in terms of what radio listeners could hear, but what he didn't know is that the studio had a webcam that broadcasts everything that happens in the studio to fans, even during commercials.

Tiller's comments were racially motivated because he was talking about the white woman at issue having control over black students.

Even he knew he shouldn't have called her those names and resigned as a result.

However, not all is lost for Tiller, because he is reportedly receiving over $250,000 in his retirement settlement.
