Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest In Unsolved Murder

 November 28, 2023

A man suspected of killing his girlfriend and her unborn daughter then hiding their bodies in a farmhouse in Wisconsin has been arrested following a traffic stop.

The traffic stop didn't even happen in Wisconsin. It happened in Missouri.

Jose Eduardo Dominguez Garcia, 26. was pulled over on the morning of Nov. 23 after the license plate on his car came back as stolen.

The driver apparently had multiple fake ID cards on him and gave numerous different (incorrect) fake names throughout the traffic stop.

Ultimately, police were able to figure out who he really was and made a horrifying realization:

Dominguez-Garcia was wanted on charges of first-degree murder, murder of an unborn child, and hiding a corpse..

Those charges were issued on Dec. 12, 2021, after a pregnant corpse recovered a year earlier was identified as that of Rosaly "Cindy" Chavarria Rodriguez, 24.
