Trump only needs one juror to raise doubts in New York trial

 May 17, 2024

In order for Donald Trump to "win" his case, he only has to not lose it.

Anything other than a guilty verdict will probably be good enough for Trump.

He doesn't care if it comes because of the jury, a legal issue, or a conflict of interests.

Trump just knows that he wants the case to be over.

A hung jury might be just the way to do that.

It only takes one.

With Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, the two centerpieces of Alvin Bragg's prosecution, both proving themselves to be extremely unreliable witnesses, there is a serious possibility that their faulty testimonies are enough on their own to make sure that at least one juror doesn't trust them.

One is all Trump needs.
