Supreme Court Appears Poised To Block Biden Air Pollution Plan

President Joe Biden is likely FURIOUS over the tone of recent oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court.

The high court appeared to believe that Biden and his administration need to rethink a portion of their environmental agenda.

To that end, the justices appear ready to temporarily pause an Environment Protection Agency’s effort to reduce air pollution.

Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia argued Biden’s “federal plan is already a failed experiment.”

The Environment Protection Agency mounted arguments of its own about the prospective outcome.

“It would delay efforts to control pollution that contributes to unhealthy air in downwind states, which is contrary to Congress’s express directive that sources in upwind states must assume responsibility for their contributions to emissions levels in downwind states,” officials said.

If there’s one takeaway from all of this, it is that Biden is getting absolutely nothing done for this country.

His policies are useless.

Biden needs to step down now while he still has the power to make that decision on his own!
