Sex predator teacher grins as she escapes jail in sweetheart deal

She was married, but that didn't stop this New York City teacher from raping a boy who was just 14.

Despite the world knowing how sick she truly is, Melissa Rockensies was flashing a grin to everyone as she left court on April 9.

That's because her plea deal will see her serve absolutely no jail time.

When New York's soft-on-crime policies are putting our children in danger, things have gone too far.

As far as punishment goes, early reports indicate that the mother-of-three will only have to hand over her teaching license and be ordered to complete a sexual predator program for two years.

She had been accused of grooming a young student at her school, and sending him sexual messages over the course of a year-long physical relationship in which they would meet up for sex in her car.
