Seizing Trump's Properties Will Not Be Easy For Letitia James

 March 25, 2024

The left may have realized that seizing Donald Trump's properties was going to cause more problems than it solved, and it appears as though they've had to make a concession.

Letitia James was caught in a very tough spot following the nearly half-billion-dollar decision against Trump. If she were to do so much as lay a finger on Trump's properties in an attempt to force him to pay, it would no doubt hand the election to Trump in November.

There's no way that enough Americans would think it's right for Trump to have his personal property seized for them to still vote against him in November.

Even if she did get her hands on Trump's assets, she would have the same problem as Trump did... she'd have to liquidate them.

As a result, an appeals court just recently slashed Trump's appeal bond down to around $175,000,000, an amount that Trump has already agreed to pay.
