Former President Donald Trump may have just WON.

No matter how desperately the left wants to stop Trump, they have been coming up short-handed.

Now, the former president has set himself up for another victory with an emergency appeal!

Trump has asked the Supreme Court to postpone further his federal trial surrounding the 2020 election until the question of presidential immunity is decided.

“Without immunity from criminal prosecution, the Presidency as we know it will cease to exist,” Trump’s legal team said.

If the Supreme Court agrees to grant Trump’s request, special counsel Jack Smith knows his goose is cooked.

In the event Trump reclaims the White House, he very well could just pardon himself!

If the left is going to stop Trump, its best shot would be before he wins the election.

Trump is doing his best to make sure that doesn't happen.
