Jack Smith Can Do Nothing But Silently Sit In Courtroom

Special counsel Jack Smith remained SILENT during a hearing to discuss a dismissal request for former President Donald Trump.

In a recent hearing in the case against Trump, Smith reportedly did not utter a single word.

What could be the reason behind this?

It is easy to assume it is because Smith has slowly accepted that he just cannot beat the former president.

When it comes to Trump, he is truly a cat with nine lives who Smith simply cannot stop.

Since the beginning of the trial, Smith just cannot pull off a win.

While the cases against Trump is still ongoing, Smith has faced rejection after rejection time and time again during his attempts to thwart the former president's run for the White House.

It very well may be time for Smith to throw in the towel while he still can.
