In a moment of momentum, Haley says she is 'more electable' than Trump

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has been in third place in polling for most of her campaign, far behind former President Donald Trump and a few points behind Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

In polling regarding how she would fare against Biden in the 2024 general election, however, Haley has been ahead 10 to 13 points -- even more than Trump's narrow lead over Biden.

This has led her to claim on the campaign trail that she is more electable than Trump -- and she could very well be right.

The billionaire Koch organization, the group behind Americans for Prosperity, has decided to endorse Haley, which has given her even more momentum.

She could very well overtake DeSantis in the near future, but she's got a long way to go to overtake Trump, who is 30 to 40 points ahead of the second-place challenger in most polls.

If she can't overcome Trump, maybe he will take her on as a running mate.
