Donald Trump already beating President Joe Biden according to new ABC/WaPo poll

Former President Donald Trump is already beating President Joe Biden according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll.

The poll found that Trump is ahead of the president, with 51% saying they would support Trump and 42% supporting President Biden.

What is worse for Democrats is that this poll confirms that Trump's general approval ratings are recovering well after they tanked at the beginning of 2021 in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election.

Not only are Trump's approval numbers improving, but he is also beating President Biden nationally, and the Republican primary campaign has hardly begun.

While Trump trends back up, Biden has been steadily declining in the eyes of the American people. His handling of the economy, the war in Ukraine, and the border in combination with his advanced age has made many Americans sour on him.

Democrats ought to be seriously concerned about running with President Biden next year. He isn't the man they need to stop Trump from returning to the White House.
