Don Henley Fighting Back Against Criminal Scheme

Hotel California rock LEGEND Don Henley is under attack.

Henley, best known as a member of the Eagles, is going to court to help prosecutors take down collectors who tried to sell him back the handwritten lyrics from the beloved classic song “Hotel California.”

According to reports, Henley had the lyrics stolen from him nearly 50 years ago in the 1970s.

When Henley learned of their whereabouts, he asked for them to be returned.

Instead, the collectors tried to milk Henley for all he was worth and asked for thousands in exchange for the lyrics, and now they face a series of criminal charges.

District Attorney Nicolas Penfold, commented on the collectors’ actions.

“The defendants were not businessmen acting in good faith, but criminal actors who tried to profit from property they knew to be stolen,” Penfold said.

We do not have any other information at this time, but we guarantee this trial will be a doozy.
