Dad Crashes Car, Leaves Dying Teen Daughter In Wreckage

A 16-year-old girl is dead, and her father is to blame.

Elliot Binney was behind the wheel of his SUV with his family inside when he crashed.

Instead of doing what a normal father would do and staying by the side of his family, Binney fled the scene.

He left his daughter to die.

Now, Binney has been charged with first-degree manslaughter of his daughter.

According to 2 News, a report also revealed that vodka and pills were found inside the SUV.

It didn’t take long for officers to track down Binney and bring him in for booking.

By the time they brought him in, Binney’s blood alcohol content at the time of the accident could no longer be verified.

Binney had also thought up a story that an oil slick was the true cause of the accident that claimed the life of his teenage daughter.

Regardless of if Binney is found guilty or innocent, he will have to live with the fact that he chose to flee the scene instead of running to his daughter’s side during her final moments.
