Biden's DOJ Fails To Stop Rachel Levine's Emails From Being Exposed

Rachel Levine, a transgender Biden administration official who is widely known for pushing for sex changes for minors, has been one of the loudest voices in the far-left movement.

Sure, free speech is guaranteed in America.

But not when it's harms are targeted at children.

Liberals don't seem to understand that, often proudly proclaiming that they are aiming their messaging at the children of America so that these kids grow up to become Democrat Voters.

Levine is an obvious answer when one asks which politicians are okay with pushing controversial topics on kids.

Luckily, General Marshall, an Alabama attorney, seems willing to fight for the kids and against Levine in a case involving his state's ban on sex change operations for minors.

At least this time, the court in which he sought redress actually agreed.

A judge is going to allow a glimpse into Levine's emails and see what the Biden administration figure has been planning.

"I’m glad the court granted our motion to require HHS to search Admiral Levin’s emails for documents relevant to our defense of Alabama’s law. We look forward to reviewing the documents HHS produces as we continue to defend Alabama’s children," Marshall said.
