Biden has history of telling supporters and aides about his sex life: Report

 February 26, 2024

A new book revealed that President Joe Biden has told his White House aides that the key to a successful marriage is "good sex." Awkward, to say the least.

According to the New York Post, a new tell-all called American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, From Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden" by the New York Times' Katie Rogers, revealed instances when Biden created awkward and disgusting moments within the halls of the White House by telling his aides and supporters such information.

The book details numerous instances when Biden referred to his sex life, which, for someone in politics, especially, should be kept private.

The Post noted:

“I’d rather be at home making love to my wife while my children are asleep,” Biden once told a group of supporters in 2006 ahead of his second presidential bid, prompting a spokesman to say the senator was “frankly totally in love with his wife.”

Rogers' book recounted times when Biden's remarks regarding what he and his wife did in the bedroom would put his aides in awkward positions, as they'd have to respond to such comments after he made them.

Biden reportedly still makes such comments to White House aides, though the book notes that it's "much to his wife’s chagrin."

Rogers noted a 1974 interview when Biden opened up about the "sexual and emotional connection he and [first wife] Neilia shared."

"She had the best body of any woman I ever saw. She looks better than a Playboy bunny, doesn’t she?" he said at the time to the interviewer.

Biden added at the time, "At first she stayed at home with the kids while I campaigned but that didn’t work out because I’d come back too tired to talk to her. I might satisfy her in bed, but I didn’t have much time for anything else."

Social media users, understandably, reacted to Biden's history of remarks about his private sex life. Many of the comments wouldn't be allowed in this article, but one can guess the nature of them.

"I can think of nothing good coming from that imagery. And now, I must go gouge my eyes out with a spork." one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "I really, sincerely, absolutely wish I had not seen this."

"Aside from being gross, when an old dude tells women who work under him about his sex life, that’s sexual harassment," another social media user wrote.
