The CEO of X, formerly Twitter, Linda Yaccarino is being pressured by advertising executives to resign from her position over comments made by Elon Musk that are being characterized as anti-Semitic.

IBM, Apple, Disney, and the EU have all withdrawn their ad spending from the platform, citing "hate speech" on the platform including some of Musk's own comments.

One X user commented, “I’m deeply disinterested in giving the tiniest shit now about western Jewish populations coming to the disturbing realization that those hordes of minorities that support flooding their country don’t exactly like them too much."

Musk then commented, “You have said the actual truth.”

There is also concern that ads from some of these large companies are appearing next to pro-Nazi propaganda and other hate speech, which gives the impression that the companies endorse the posts and comments.

So far, Yaccarino has stayed put and refused to bow to the pressure.
