Trump blames Biden's border policies for rise in anti-Semitism

October 30, 2023

Former President Donald Trump hit the nail on the head when he recently stated what he believes to have contributed to a rise in anti-Semitism in the United States.

According to Breitbart, Trump told attendees of the Republican Jewish Coalition that he believes it's President Joe Biden's open-border policies that has led to the spike in anti-Semitism.

Trump's accusations come in the wake of the deadly events that unfolded in Israel earlier this month as Hamas terrorists slaughtered Israeli Jews, many of them women, children, and the elderly.

Pro-Palestinian protests have broken out worldwide, with strong anti-Semitism narratives behind them. Trump warned that Biden's border policies have allowed bad actors to infiltrate the United States, including potential Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists.

"Just days ago, Customs and Border Patrol -- who are incredible people, by the way -- distributed a memo warning that Hamas and Hezbollah fighters and jihadists are infiltrating across our wide-open border. They’re all over the place. Nobody’s ever seen anything like this. They’re all over the place," Trump said.

Trump noted that many of the men coming across the border appear to be young and in fighting shape.

"The same people that attacked Israel are coming into our country, and there are a lot of them that are young, strong men, and they’re coming in. They’re 21 and 22 and 23 and 24 years old.  You know where they’re coming in from also … all over the Middle East," Trump said.

The former president wasn't shy about placing the blame on President Biden, accusing the administration of not taking enough action.

"It is caused by some very bad troublemakers, those [antisemitic] events that you’ve been watching in the past three weeks. Crooked Joe Biden has turned a blind eye to the greatest outbreak of anti-Semitism in American history," he said.

Trump added, "I call up friends of mine who happen to be Jewish. I said, are you watching what’s going on? And they’re actually frightened. These are some pretty strong people. They’re tough people. They’re frightened. Their kids are afraid to go to school."

The 45th president went on to vow to implement "strong ideological screenings of all immigrants coming in" if he's elected president again.

Those screenings, Trump promised, would weed out those with anti-American and anti-Semitic views.

He also promised to cancel student visas for those who support terrorist organizations like Hamas.

Sadly, the border situation will continue to worsen until a Republican president is elected.
