Obama Warns Biden That Trump Is A 'Formidable Candidate'

Former President Barack Obama may not have been America's best leader ever, but he wasn't stupid. He was actually pretty cunning.

Maybe the same can't be said for Joe Biden.

Perhaps that's why Obama felt the need to get in Joe's ear recently and tell him that former President Donald Trump is going to be a much bigger problem come 2024 than most liberals would like to have you believe.

Sources report that Obama recently approached Biden to tell Joe not to take Trump lightly, no matter what other liberals are saying.

Those close to the meeting claim that Obama "voiced concern about Donald Trump’s political strengths — including an intensely loyal following, a Trump-friendly conservative media ecosystem and a polarized country — underlining his worry that Trump could be a more formidable candidate than many Democrats realize."

Washington Post White House reporter Tyler Pager wrote about the private meeting between Obama and Biden, saying, "Obama promised to do all he could to help the president get reelected," which, Pager added, "was a welcome gesture for the White House at a time when Biden is eager to lock down promises of help from top Democrats."
