New York Appeals court stops order stripping Donald Trump of New York properties and business certificates

 October 8, 2023

A New York appeals court ruled on Friday to stop an order that would have stripped former President Donald Trump of his New York properties and business certificates.

Last month, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled in favor of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ $250 million civil fraud case that threatened to completely destroy Trump's business enterprises -- at least those in New York.

If Trump is stripped of his certificates, the state will take over the former president's businesses located within the state, where they would be sold to the highest bidder.

No doubt New York's Democrat leadership would love nothing more than to loot Trump's enterprises.

Trump owns millions of dollars of prime property in New York, including Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan. He also owns property on 40 Wall Street, 1290 Ave. of the Americas, and 4-6 E. 57th Street.

Thankfully, New York's appeals court isn't as determined to crucify Trump and pumped the breaks on stripping him of everything he has.
