Hunter Biden's ex-business associate says gun trial charges are 'distraction' from 'influence peddling'

Donald Trump has previously said that Hunter Biden's gun charges trial might just be a liberal attempt at distracting America from the rest of the crimes that the Biden family has been accused of committing, and at least one insider believes he might be right.

Fox News is reporting that a former business associate of Hunter Biden is speaking out after the president's son was found guilty of all charges on June 11 in his federal gun trial in Delaware.

While the ex-business associate said that he "feels bad" for Hunter having to deal with such a "bonehead charge" and blamed the conviction on "clearly more political gamesmanship with DOJ," that doesn't mean that Hunter Biden shouldn't be held accountable.

In fact, the former business associate indicated that he was worried that this trial could take away from the more important issue of the Biden family's influence peddling.

"It’s also a distraction from the main event with their influence peddling," he added. "I am convinced that the entire Justice System is just an institution of people with agendas; not an institution of laws."

Do you think it's a good thing Hunter was found guilty? Or could it lull America into a false sense of security and allow the Biden family to get away with their other crimes?
