Biden Tells Americans To Book Their Own Flights Out Of Israel
President Joe Biden has a message for the Americans trapped in Israel and wanting to get home right now:
I'm not kidding.
America's president actually sent a message to stranded Americans telling them to book a commercial seat. He said:
For those who desire to leave, commercial flights and ground options are still available.
Despite Biden knowing that at least 11 Americans are dead already and many more have been taken hostage, he isn't eager to help the stranded Americans. He noted:
For American citizens who are currently in Israel, the State Department is providing consular assistance as well as updated security alerts. For those who desire to leave, commercial flights and ground options are still available. Please also take sensible precautions in the days ahead and follow the guidance of local authorities.
With a message like that, are these people even going to want to come home?
A home should be welcoming them, not telling them the most important thing is that they cover their own cab fare.
