Actor Barry Tubb, who played "Wolfman" in the original 1986 Top Gun but didn't act in the sequel Top Gun: Maverick, is now suing Paramount Pictures for using his image in the film without permission.

Tubb's image was shown in a photo of the fictional Top Gun Class of 1986, which was actually a behind-the-scenes photo taken during filming and altered for use in the film.

Tubb argued that his contract only allowed his image to be used in the original, not the sequel.

He further argued that the likeness was used in a way that was "essential, not incidental."

He is asking for at least $75,000.

The actor pointed out that Paramount reached out to other actors for permission to use the image but overlooked him.
