Zuckerberg Restores Donald Trump's Social Media Accounts

 February 11, 2023

It was NOT the case for quite some time, but Donald Trump can FINALLY post on Facebook and Instagram again.

All thanks to Lord Social, Mark Zuckerberg's, decision to reinstate the former president's accounts on both platforms.

The news was first reported by The Hill, which noted that Trump's accounts will be activated for the first time since January 6, 2021. At that time, President Trump was suspended for what liberals perceived to be his role in the events of January 6 at the Capitol in Washington.

On January 25, a spokesperson for Meta, Facebook's parent company, announced that Donald Trump's accounts would be restored to the platforms in the "coming weeks."

Despite not being able to post on the platform for a number of years, Donald still is one of the most popular figures on Facebook and Instagram, with almost 60,000,000 followers combined.

In response to being booted from traditional social media, Donald Trump launched his own media platform called Truth Social.
