White House launches vicious smear campaign against ex-aide who attacked Biden's reelection campaign

The White House has launched a smear campaign against Michael LaRosa, former press secretary to first lady Jill Biden, after he criticized the Biden reelection campaign for its poor performance and stubborn refusal to acknowledge problems.

Axios reported that “an unusual load of West Wing dirty laundry is being aired about former staffer” Michael LaRosa after he attacked the Biden campaign.

LaRosa is being accused of leaking information and tipping off reporters, not exactly unusual behavior from White House aides.

This sudden smear campaign comes as a shock considering LaRosa was once untouchable thanks to his influence with the first lady.

LaRosa was so untouchable that he was able to break President Biden's rule that if an aide was caught treating "another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone, I promise you I will fire you on the spot."

But now LaRosa is on the outside and his audacity in calling out the Biden campaign has earned him significant retaliation. Of course, this only further suggests that LaRosa is onto something, and that has made it necessary for Biden's campaign to silence him.
