White House confirmed to have misled reporters on DOJ search of Joe Biden's home

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is in hot water again as it was discovered that she knowingly misled the press about the Department of Justice searching President Joe Biden's home for classified documents.

Jean-Pierre told reporters on Friday that President Biden was making a normal trip to his home to visit the beach.

The truth was that the president traveled to his home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This happened as the Department of Justice was searching his home in Wilmington, Delaware for more classified documents.

The White House issued a statement on Saturday saying that the DOJ had "conducted a comprehensive search of the president’s Wilmington residence." That search yielded six more classified documents.

Notably, no classified documents were found at President Biden's Rehoboth Beach home.

Jean-Pierre's willful misleading of the press and, by extension, the American people, has become all too common in the Biden presidency. It remains to be seen when the administration will be held accountable for its consistent lies.
