Vice President Kamala Harris has trouble spitting out definition of 'culture'

 July 9, 2023

Vice President Kamala Harris has become notorious for her disastrous attempts at public speaking, to the point where many Democrats have whispered of throwing her out and replacing her as vice president.

Last week, Harris spoke at the 2023 Essence Festival of Culture, where she took part in a "moderated conversation."

During the conversation, the moderator asked Harris how she believed people could affect and change culture.

Harris answered by saying, "Culture is — it is a reflection of our moment and our time. Right? And present culture is the way we express how we're feeling about the moment, and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment. That is a reflection of joy. Because, you know … it comes in the morning."

Harris just could not control the word salad as she went on to say, "We have to find ways to also express the way we feel about the moment in terms of just having language and a connection to how people are experiencing life," the vice president said. "And I think about it in that way, too."

Harris made President Biden sound like Abraham Lincoln, which says a lot considering the president's own inability to communicate without heavy moderation and notes. It is no wonder Democrats are worried about Harris going into 2024.
