The British Royal Air Force has been ordered to get rid of more white male pilots in order to hit diversity goals that include women and minorities, according to Fox News.

Emails to members of the RAF talked about getting rid of "useless white male pilots" from the recruiting classes and replacing them with more diverse staff.

Sky News also reported that messages it obtained showed that a number of selection boards used to place new recruits were canceled over a lack of women or minorities.

The RAF didn't deny the protocols, but a spokesman said in its defense, "Selection standards were not and have not been altered and there was no compromise of entry standards and no impact on the frontline or operational effectiveness."

These emails were from 2020 and 2021, and no updates were given to show whether there are now more female and minority pilots in the RAF.

The RAF is reportedly paying more than $123,000 to 31 White men who may have been discriminated against by the policy.
