TV Star Launches Campaign To Replace Adam Schiff

March 7, 2023

It's really rare for a family to have even one child starring in his very own sitcom.

The Savage family had two.

Fred Savage was the star of The Wonder Years from 1988 to 1993. He was just twelve when he took the role.

Not to be outdone, Fred's brother Ben went on to start in a sitcom of his own, Boy Meets World. That show was broadcast on ABC from 1993 to 2000 and had a sequel entitled Girl Meets World that ran from 2014 to 2017 on Disney Channel.

But now Ben is making noise outside of the entertainment industry. He's the man that you may have heard is launching a campaign to take the House seat soon to be vacated by Representative Adam Schiff, a California Democrat.

"Together, we can do better. I am a proud Californian, union member and longtime resident of District 30 who comes from a family of unwavering service to our country and community," Savage said. "I firmly believe in standing up for what is right, ensuring equality and expanding opportunities for all."

Sounds like he believes in the exact opposite of what Schiff does.

Savage is currently the potential favorite to take Schiff's House seat as Adam sets his sight on retiring Democrat Dianne Feinstein's U.S. Senate seat.
