She used to be a liberal, but former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard would often show too much common sense.
That's why she had to leave the party.
Too bad for Democrats, because they lost one of the last rational thinkers they had.
Gabbard, now an independent, is calling it like she sees it in regard to the indictment of Donald Trump.
She said it was "just the latest example of the Dem establishment putting their own personal and partisan political interest ahead of the interests of the American people and our country." The former lawmaker added:
It is a despicable, extremely dangerous turning point for our country.
The former congresswoman from Hawaii was commenting on the multiple reports that the Manhattan grand jury had in fact voted to indict former President Donald Trump for his alleged role in paying "hush money" to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
The felony indictment will "reportedly include more than 30 counts related to business fraud."
Gabbard is right. The people responsible for this can't be trusted. Luckily for Trump, he's only seeing his support grow as a result.
It's important to share the news to spread the truth. Most people won't.
