Trump Team May Try For Mistrial Over Leaked DOJ Evidence

They've put months of hard work into trying to disgrace our former president, but Donald Trump and his team may have just found a way out of one of the legal messes they're in.

Many Americans are saying that Justice Department officials who leaked the documents of Trump's case should be prosecuted for handing over a recording to CNN.

Trump fans are saying that Trump should move for a mistrial.

The former president himself apparently agrees.

Conservative superstar Mark Levin said that "Trump’s lawyers need to file an immediate motion, with the long list of leaks as an exhibit, asking that the entire case be dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct and the government’s effort to influence the jury pool." He added:

Moreover, I would insist that the court determine whether DOJ has opened investigations into these felonies. THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN NOW!
