Trump Says He Might Have Place For Tim Scott If He Reclaims White House

In terms of momentum on the Republican side of the 2024 race, Sen. Tim Scott is probably the man with the most of it.

Well, Gov. Ron DeSantis has momentum as well, but the man from Florida is sliding BACKWARDS.

Scott is the only one with this much positive momentum.

Sure, Scott isn't yet in the same realm as Donald Trump, but then again, nobody really is.

But that doesn't mean the Republican senator from South Carolina hasn't caught Trump's attention.

He absolutely has.

Trump has even gone so far as to name Scott a potential vice president.

"I think you have some good people on the stage. Actually, I think you have some very talented people. I've been impressed by some of them. Some of them I'm very friendly with," Trump said. "Actually, a number of them called me up not to ask for permission, but sort of to ask for permission, to say they'd like to do it. A number of the people up there – I'm not going to embarrass them by saying who – but no, I think you have good people. I think you have good potential Cabinet members to actually do that.""
