Trump Says He Likes Concept Of Woman VP, But Will Pick 'Best Person'

Donald Trump has an announcement regarding his potential partner on his 2024 ticket.

He would LOVE for that person to end up being a woman, but he's not going to pick on gender alone.

Trump is promising to "pick the best person for the job," according to JustTheNews.com.

"I like the concept, but we’re going to pick the best person," he answered when asked if he was tabbing a woman as his running mate. "But I do like the concept, yes."

This is quite a difference from when Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris.

Biden may as well have come out and told everyone that Kamala Harris never deserved the job; she was only picked because she was black and female.

Trump isn't going to put his vice president in that same situation.

"Certainly, she’d be one of the people I’d consider, or for something else maybe," Trump said, referring to South Dakota Republican Governor Kristi Noem.
