Former first lady Melania Trump's upcoming, self-titled memoir, Melania, has already smashed multiple presale records as she continues to ramp up publicity before its launch.

According to the New York Post, the former first lady received another boost from her husband, former President Donald Trump, when he promoted the book to a Long Island rally audience this week.

In true Trump fashion, he injected some humor into his thoughts on the book, drawing roaring laughter from the rally attendees.

His remarks about the book came during a rally at the Nassau Coliseum, where a large crowd gathered in support of his presidential campaign. Trump joked that he hoped his wife said "good things" about him in the book.

"Go out and get her book," Trump exclaimed. "She just wrote a book. I hope she said good things about me."

The former president drew laughter from the crowd after saying, "Go out and buy it, it’s great. And if she says bad things about me I’ll call you all up and I’ll say don’t buy it, get rid of it."

The highly anticipated book is set to be released a month before Election Day when, hopefully, Trump claims victory over Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz.

The Post noted:

The former first lady said in a previous video post online she hopes to give readers “the truth,” claiming she’s been a victim of “misrepresentation” during her spouse’s time in the spotlight.

The book can be purchased for $40. A signed memoir costs $75.

Several excerpts from the upcoming book have already been released and spread across social media. The former first lady opened up about several difficult subjects, including how the country has taken a turn for the worst under President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris.

"The 2020 election results changed our lives forever. It impacted our quality of life, cost of food, gasoline, safety, and even the geopolitical landscape. America is more divided today than ever before. It has become increasingly apparent that there are significant challenges to free speech, as demonstrated by the efforts to silence my husband," Melania wrote.

An official description of the book published on her website describes it as a story about Melania's life and how she overcame adversity.

“Melania is the powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has defined personal excellence, overcome adversity, and carved her own path. The former First Lady invites readers into her world, offering an intimate portrait of a woman who has lived an extraordinary life. Melania includes stories and images never before shared with the public," it read.

According to observers, the book is expected to break the number one spot on every best-seller list.
